Managing Time

“What may be done at any time will be done at no time”.

Using time to think and plan is time well spent. In fact, if you fail to take time for planning, you are in effect, planning to fail. Telephone calls, emails, papers, social media, uninvited visitors both professional and social are big time thieves. Track time spent on them and learn to put your foot down and not get carried away with other’s priorities. Do with your time what you need to do.

TV and  now OTT is another time thief. It’s a  good idea to track time spent on TV. This helps to know if one has wasted time on surfing and watching programs ,one would rather not have watched.

One should allot blocks of time for important tasks.

We all have the same amount of time i.e.86,400 seconds a day. How you will use it will determine whether you get, what you want out of life.

Even an hour a day saved by better time use, is like adding a full month to a year and several years to a lifetime.

Time is ticking away, use it wisely.
